When Are Refunds or Reprints Issued?
We will refund or reprint your order at no cost if:
- The product is defective.
- There is a design error, such as a discrepancy from the design shown on our site.
- The received product type or size differs from the order.
What Should You Do?
For any refund request, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order or invoice ID.
- A picture of the incorrect or damaged item.
Once we review your request, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you do not need to return it to us. In such cases, a refund will be processed and expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following scenarios:
- If the order did not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, or not picking up packages as requested).
- If the order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, marked as “delivered” but not received, or lost after being delivered to your mailbox).
- The item matches the description on the website.
Cancellations
You have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation.
Note: A management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied for any cancellations. After 24 hours, the item will be produced, and no cancellations can be supported.
Refunds
- PayPal Account: Processed within 48 hours.
- Credit Card Account: 10-14 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges and Repairs
- In-stock items: Exchange within 1-3 business days.
- Out-of-stock items: Exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Compensation (Points or Coupon): 1-2 business days.
- Repair: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or returns for size unless it is due to our error. For other issues like printing problems, please contact us first. Do not send back your purchase unless authorized.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing time.
