HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Choose your desired charm style on the product page, click the “Add To Cart” button, and follow the steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and notify you when it’s on its way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, expect an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. If it’s still not working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for support.
